I went for a total check up with my family doctor recently, and she said that I was in good healthy overall, but she recommended I lose 20 pounds. I knew that I was overweight, but my doctor pointing that out to me in such a matter of fact way made me want to get serious and do something about it. If only I knew how to make it happen...
