I have a total of six pounds to lose. I have heard that there are a few great diets that promise that you can lose small amounts of weight in a matter of days, but I am not very up to date on the whole diet scene, so I am hoping some kind person can tell me what would be a good diet for a few days. It's only a short amount of time so I am willing to try anything!

Then I would recommend the Lemonade Diet. It lasts for three days and you get to your goal is to cleanse your body of toxins and fats through lemonade. It sounds simple, and it is. And the Lemonade Diet has been around for so long now and still hasn't dropped in popularity, because it works.

You should be aiming for long-term health instead of a "quick diet". The latter is not at all good for your health.
