I have to do a bit of work on the old waistline! I can't say that am fat, but love handles have definitely crept up on me, and I need to get rid of them before it gets out of control. What diet meals could I start eating to bring the waist fat back in line? What has worked wonders for you?

Of course, everybody needs fats, but some, like those naturally founds in some vegetables and meat, are healthy whereas the fats you find in most processed foods are far from healthy. If you need to cut down your fat, your waist will slim down as soon as you do that.
