I am planning to developed a really muscly body, though I am prepared for this to take a few years until I get really "ripped" as they say. When I have read stuff from bodybuilders posting on the internet I always see that they follow special diets to gain muscle as soon as possible. Whey drinks and the like, and I am not sure what else. Can anyone point me in the right direction and at least give me some idea about what it takes to gain muscle?
