For those who are familiar with meal planning, it must be logical that I would want to have a meal plan for when I go on a diet too. It makes dieting that much easier. The only minor problem I have is that I have no idea where to start. I don't have one of those "diety diets" in mind, I just want to eat healthier. Do you happen to have any good tips for diet meal plans?

At www.buzzle.com they have some weekly meal plans that I really like. Even if you don't follow them to the letter, they will give you some wonderful inspiration for meals that you could cook. I think meal planning is wonderful too, but I think you should not plan ahead for more than a week when you are dieting, so that you can assess and reassess your needs continuously.
