You must eat every time when you are hungry, 4-6 times at day. But, you cant eat everything. But, first, you need to find out what is your body type. Anyway, food you eat must contains healthy carbs and proteins. You can eat vegetables, meet such is chicken, lots of eggs, and drink about two L of water. Also, fitness is required. Best wishes!
