Hello! I am 19, just started working out. I heard about an expression bicep superset today at the gym and am interested in what it meant. Are there any bodybuilders on this forum that can explain the meaning of bicep superset? Thank you

Hi! I am no bodybuilder, I do aerobics but I do know what supersets are. A superset is a mixture of two exercises. Actually, it is not a mixture, it is when two different exercises are performed in a row without stopping. Now, you can have one area superset, like biceps in your case but you can also combine back and chest exercise in a super set. Beginners usually find this kind of exercise hard but you can easily get used to it. Remember, practice makes perfect!
