Hi Everyone
i was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me 8-|
When i had my first daughter 13 years ago i wen back down to the same body size i had before having her but then when i had my son 2 years later i put on 3 stone, i did how ever lose 2 stone of it which was ok but my stomach was still noticeable.
when i had my other daughter 3 years ago i did put on another 3 stone, i have lost a stone of it but still have along way to go, i can handle the fact that i need to lose weight but its my stomach that really upsets me, my stomach is still the same shape as it was when i was pregnant so someone that doesnt know me will think im pregnant! i just dont understand why it stayed this way.
I just wanted to know if there is anyone that has suffered the same problem ans ifthere is anyway to get rid of it :'(
Thanks
Mandi :-)

Hi Mandi,
I just wanted to let you know that I have also had that problem. I have always been a size 8 (UK) and therefor have never had a belly. I then had a daughter and returned to my normal size immediately. A year later I had a son (which was 6 months ago) and my belly now looks like I'm about 4 months pregnant, I'm not though! I have started doing taibo, boxercise and dance to get rid of it but to no avail. My diet has remained the same as always.
I questioned the doctor about it and he sent me for blood tests, thinking that there was a thyroid problem because my hair is also moulting and I have been very tired & lethargic too but the results came back that I was within the normal range (just). He did say that there was a slight problem with my liver not doing its job properly. The doc did suggest not to eat much fruit because there's a lot of sugar in it but I don't eat huge quantities of it.
I currently have no idea why my belly is big or how to get rid of it so I'm still exercising away but I just thought you'd like to know that you're not alone! :)

I am 5'3 and 150 lbs,I wear a size 6 but because of my stomach I have to wear 11 or 12.I look like I am about 6/7 months pregnant. My youngest child is 12.I am active but no cardio. From what I have read, you need to do a combo of eating healty, core exercise and cardio. After you tighten the muscle that is stretched (thats making you have a pot bellie or look pregnant), you will still have that excess skin from the babies, surgery is the ONLY thing that takes that away.
