Hi, I am hoping there are others in the same boat, people who can give some advice. I have bladder cancer and will be commencing cisplatin as part of my treatment tomorrow. I am a bit anxious, and would appreciate it if anyone could tell me more about cisplatin treatment for non invasive bladder tumours. Thanks!

What is it that you would specifically like to know? Treatment has very high success rates, particularly when we are talking about non invasive cancer, but you might need additional treatment depending on the way in which the cancer will react to cisplatin. Be prepared for all kinds of side effects, but they will pass, with the cancer, hopefully! Wishing you strength!
