I need the best bench program there is. I have seen many combinations performed by people in the gym, but to be honest, those look more like something they made up on their own, hearing various advices. I do not want to waste my time like that. I work and have other obligations, so every minute spent in the gym must be spent wisely.What are your suggestions?

For a bench program, you could combine dumbbells and barbell press. In the beginning, combine these two on the flat bench, 3 plus 3 series, 8 or 10 each, depending on your strength. Later, when you make progress, try switching angles between series. That will engage your muscles in a different way and build them up some more. As for other exercises, just do not do anything for the chest, those 6 series are enough.
