hey,i just finished my period two days ago, but ive been getting bad sharp cramping pain and i'm spotting again. and just yesterday my urine was really dark yellow. my body is aching and i feel really weak. i went to the doctor not so long ago and they said i wasn't pregnant. they even doubled checked. so i'm just wondering, what can it be?
