Hey i am 14 and had my tonsils taking out last Thursday so i am on day 9 and i had a pain on my right side where my tonsils were removed so i looked with a flashlight in the mirror and it was bleeding so i drank like 4 glasses of water and it stopped now at a different location on the same side these tiny pinhole sized dots are forming does anyone know what this is please help im freaking out
