I had this tiny (pimple sized) bump on my wrist it doesn't look like a pimple but it's a bit darker than my skin. I decided to squeeze it and then this white stuff started coming out of it like a toothpaste until there was a small kind of yellowish grain that came out. Under a flashlight the tiny grain looked like it grew around a hair. Any idea what it is?
