bloating, strong urine for a week, lower back pains for a month and half, tiredness and head aches

Hi, I've been feeling sick for a month and half, bloating for a month and half, strong urine for a week, lower back pains for a month and half, tiredness and head aches on nd off for a month finally lightheaded in the last two weeks. I had a period last month after being 8 days late, negative home pregnancy test. Please help me. Thank you
