So I've been waiting on my period and it was three days late. It's usually on time but every now and then its wacko. But I started having bad cramps this morning with no bleeding which I usually start bleeding as soon as I get the cramps then when I did start the cramps were so bad I had to take three midol. I usually only have to take one and the cramps where still there after three then I filled up a tampon really fast in less than an hour and a half. When I went to change it (TMI) I passed what looked like a large bloody lump. I was wondering if it was just my uterus doing it's thing or if it was a blood clot(linked to a miscarriage) or what??? any kind of answer would be great.
