My doctor found occult blood in my feces and in my stomach. He has me going for an endoscopy in a week. I also have to have a CT scan. I am very very scrared. I cannot eat a full meal because I get sick. I also had heartburn but he gave me nexium and that got better but nothing else has. Also my blood count has dropped. My stomach is destended quite badly. My stomach gets very hard when I eat. And it is very hard to swallow. I have had cold chills all day and severe sweats at night, I have family history of cancer. It killed my father in 2010. I have also to add that I have Sjorgens and Pyliomiosytis (BOTH are autimmune diseases). I am so very scared please give me any advice. I also sweat horrible after I eat. And my head pounds when I stand up and my current blood pressure is 98/54

my father had the same styptoms and it was a severe stomach ulcer. keep calm it helps best wishes to you. your blood pressure is low. stomach ulcers
can cause blood in stools and even cough up blood also cause belly bloat. and some foods you can't eat either.
