Hey there,
This is really not enough information to determine whether your mum has bone cancer or not. Besides bone cancer is diagnosed by determining family history of cancer, doing blood test… However, pain is sign of bone cancer, but pain is a symptom of many diseases. Swelling and tenderness is also a sign. More severe signs are weight loss, fatigue, fatigue… But non of this signs are sure signs of bone cancer. Your mother should visit a doctor and let docs do some test …
Hope she’ll be fine.
