My left clavical bone has a bony bump on it. There is no pain and it has full flexibility. It just sticks out and is hard. Feels like excess bone growth. What could this be? It looks like that of someone that separated their shoulder. I have had no recent injuries...but a few years ago fell of a desk and landed with my arms. Also, I fell off a bike several times,
