bump on abdomen above pubic bone

I am 21 years old,married, and have been trying to get pregnant for a few months. In August was the last time we tried, around the 18th. About 3 weeks later i thought i might be pregnant because my boobs were feeling fuller, my nipples were getting darker, i was exhausted which i rarely am, dry mouth at night, and i felt a bump or bulge on my abdomen, it doesn't move when touched and is hard, a little bit above my pubic bone, near my hairline right in the middle. i took a pregnancy test about 4 to 5 days before my period was supposed to show up, it was negative. The next day i spotted very lightly, then when i woke up the following day i was bleeding as if it was my normal period, which is not heavy either, but i got no cramps,which leave me unable to walk, as a warning which i always do every month, and no urge to poop which i always do as well. It just didn't feel like my actual period at all. It only lasted for about 2 days with a regular flow then started to dwindle down over the next two days to almost nothing, and i am a regular 7 days. I thought the bump would disappear after that, that maybe i had miscarried, but the bump is still there maybe a tiny bit smaller but not enough for me to really be sure. I have looked many things up online, even called my obgyn but he doesn't seem to be to worried, but i am because i just know this isnt normal for me. I thought at first it was my fundus preparing for the baby and that i felt it earlier because i am so skinny. Then after getting the negative on the pregnancy test and bleeding i thought it might be early pregnancy bleeding, but i also thought cancer, however, the bump does not hurt at all when touched. I am also still feeling stretching and pinching in my abdomen and mild pain if i sit forward to far for too long or if i exercise too long. My abdomen just doesnt feel normal. Has anyone ever had a problem close to this and gotten an answer? ?
