hi there, i am a 25 year old female with 3 kids, 4 pregnancies (really bad miscarriage) and now have had a tubal for almost 5 years. I have been recently involved in a new relationship of 6mths. I have had a few problems like having cists, or kidnet infections, and was suppose to have my gal-bladder removed over 2 years ago. I really enjoy it and at times bleed or get cramps but nothing serious....until it happened....i had a very small bowel movement, nothing much but still embarressing. anyway we got up and i felt my vagina and a whole bunch of blood came out and it wasn't just a little it was like 3-4 hand size cups full. After the bleeding stopped I just put in a tampon and waited for like an hour or so, took out the tampon and no blood??? So since then nothing, well my boyfriend was recently gone for 2 weeks, came home yesterday, we had sex-even the hand-job thing lol and everything was fine...very, very light blood right after that was it, then last night we went again and I was on top, everything was so good and we were both about to orgasm and i felt like i pooped, so i got up and played it off cause only a little came out, went back to finish and we did and i got up to find more but just a little. and no blood, I am very confused because after we showered we did it again but standing up with him behind me cuz we wanted to see if it would happen and nothing that time was just good old regular enjoyable sex...today i was at work and i waitress, right after luch rush started I started to get bad abdomenal pains now im still having them here and there and when I cough i feel like my insides are just gonna fall right out of me or I feel like I am going to pee...what can I do??? I am all my children have and I am so afraid that this is serious, I am gona go to the doctor but I am so scare dof them telling me that I might die lol...not funny i know but I have my fears. It is not unusal for some stool or urine to be passed during vigorous sex, but it is not typical for stool.
It would probably depend a bit upon the angle and how vigorously one is thrusting, so it wouldn't happen with every act.
I'm a bit surprised that your bf might be fingering you so vigorously that he has caused this, but perhaps that is the style that you two have settled upon. Are you speaking of genital/vaginal fingering, and not "fisting" or anal penetration?

From your description of four fingers, I'm beginning to think that he's using a fisting technique on your vagina. And the fact that it is produce blood, makes me wonder just how hard he's pushing.
I'm not familiar with this technique, nor the benefits from it, so I think I should remain quiet.

i think that the reason you have the ain and the urge to pee is because you have a uti sweetie.... i have been having them since i was a kid and they feel just like that. go get a perscription at the doctors and dont worry, every women has one eventually. i apologize about not being able to capitolize my letters here my phone wont let me..

I've had a very similar experience actually... same thing with the hands and all... turns out the bleeding is from hitting the cervix most likely... I would go to the gyn and get checked out just in case... but I went about a week ago and that was the case for me... I would get the pain and the bleeding as well out of no where... I have 2 kids and am 26 myself... as for the bowel movement... unfortunately you aren't alone in that one either... ive been down that road too... talk about the most embarrassing moments of my life... it has happened not once not even twice not even three times.... but now 4 times to me... your lucky it was only a little bit... turns out that its actually more normal than youd think... talk to your doctor about certain exercises you can do to help strengthen things... im working on this myself... good luck to you and anyone else who may be going through this!!!
