Hi could anyone help me with my case. Sometimes i'll be sitting down and everything fine for a few mintues and then I start getting these cramps but I'm always not on my period its like near the end of my stomach and I start feeling sick and tensed and so it always end up with me in the toilet taking a poo sometimes diarrhea
