I have recently joined a brazilain jiu jitsu academy and am having trouble with endurance. I find myself fatigued after only a short time sparring. Does anyone know a good training program?

No, the class has basic warm ups for 15 minutes. After that its learning techniques then practicing on a resisting partner. The last 20 min. is sparring. I'm looking for a program specifically designed for this martial art.
