Hi JuneBug,
I am new to this site, and I am not a healthcare professional, but I am 28 and have had sex with multiple people and had a few problems along the way myself. Your first experience sounds like my first experience, a little, and I remember having many questions, also. First, good job on the condom--you should always use them. Second, they are pretty effective in preventing pregnancy. It would be extremely hard to get pregnant by putting your fingers inside you after he came on your hand, especially if you cleaned your hand first, so I wouldn't worry about that. And unless the condom broke and he ejaculated inside you, there is very, very little chance that you are pregnant. Bleeding your first time, as well as a little pain your first time, is normal.
I have wondered if I am pregnant before, too, and usually for little cause. But there is no shame in taking a pregnancy test just to put your mind at rest. I don't like to go into the stores to buy them; I feel like people are judging me. Maybe you could get an older friend to go in and buy one for you, or you could probably order one on the internet. Or, now that you are having sex, it will be time to start having your annual pap smear test (not fun, but very necessary; just buy yourself a pint of ice cream and pamper yourself afterward!) so you can ask your doctor to do the test when you go in for your next physical. In some states these tests are free through programs like Ladies First and others.
Good luck, be safe, and remember, when in doubt, buy a test. It's ok.

Yes, based on the way you described what happened, it is highly UNlikely that you are pregnant. Likewise, the chances of getting pregnant after you wipe your hand off and put it inside you are very, very small.
I guess that my advice to you is to take your time and be careful. You are young, and I know fooling around with your boyfriend is fun, but it sounds like you are scared of becomming pregnant. If you really don't want to get pregnant, then don't play with fire. You can get on the pill very easily, and you can get it at a reduced rate through many health clinics. Planned Parenthood is a national organization that helps young women like you be safe and healthy. Use them. They are a great resource, a safe environment, and won't be judgemental.
The best way to stay happy, healthy, and not pregnant is to be your own advocate. If you feel like you are ready to be having sex, do it the right way: get on the pill (or the Nuva Ring, or the Shot), and use condoms. You'll find that having sex responsibly is a lot more fun than having sex and then freaking out because of the unknown.
Be safe. :-)
