I have these pimple like, bumps on my nipples. I thought it was just a pimple so I popped it, at first some white liquid came out, but then blood did, like a pimple would. However, I reasearched it and now I don't know if they are just mammary glands or pimples, and I don't know what to do about it. HELP! I'm so confused.
