I'm not sexually active, but in the past year or so, I've noticed tiny, pale bumps around my vagina. They're so small that they're only noticeable when I stretch the skin. My vagina does itch on occasion and sometimes, the left side appears to be inflamed. I can't pop these things, though I've tried. I'm worried that it may be serious. Help?
