Believe it or not most of the people here were not born yesterday. Yes we all know that some people don't get addicted. So p*****f. Take your bragging rights somewhere else. On the other hand I find it disconcerting that so many people are blaming doctors and sub for their problems. Sub saved my life, and yes it can be hard to get off of but it sure beat doctor shopping and always wondering where my next vike was coming from. With sub you have to taper very, very slowly. Is it hard? Yes it is, but it can be done and is done everyday. With respect to relapse, that is between everyone and their conscience. The only cure from relapse is to turn your face like stone toward Jerusalem and decide that relapse is not an option....ever! How do you do that? By making something in your life as center and pursuing it, whether it's God, your kids, a passion. It's a cross to bear but it can be done.

I don't agree with this I take subutex wen needed for 4-5 months at a time I agree the drug is stronger than any of the others but u don't have to stop at .2 I tapered off .2 by breaking the tablet again and again untill I'm only takin a crumb of it then it becomes psychological wait untill u got somethin to do to keep u occupied for the day and keep tryin if this doesn't happen the first time because it will when ur ready,it doesn't have to be hell to come off it

Annoyed patient , look I've took tabs and methadone and done meth and saboxone the last year. It is the Worst thing ever to get off of. And u taking Tht much u gonna be really sick. If people haven't gone thru it they don't know. Some one with degree never took anything besides an asprin sure dont know how it works. Worse feeling ever pills and street drugs are nothing compared to sabox Withdrawels Can't sleep for days can't eat nausea headaches and non stop trips to the potty.

Suboxone has givin me my life back. I will be on some kind of pain killer the rest of my life. I have tried oxys and disagree about the withdrawls. The oxys were worse then the Bup. I have also tried morphine Norco and every kind of narctic out there. I would rather take suboxone the rest of my life then be doped up all the time by other drugs. Suboxone literally gave me back my life. I am NOT bed ridden anymore and I can move around as I please instead of depending on other people.

I hope the moderators dont take this info down or penalize me for leaving it because it is the most important info you will come across if you are struggling with any opiate addiction period. There is a way to get off opiates without drugs or feeling withdrawal. You can learn the truth that your doctors dont want you to know about.

Hello.

We are conducting short anonymous survey about Suboxone treatment, withdrawal and side effects.

The goal of this survey is gathering real life experiences from you and other people who went through treatment with Suboxone, Subutex or any form of medication that contains buprenorphine/naloxone.

We’ll use your experiences to make an ebook guide in order to help all patients who are currently going through Suboxone treatment, Suboxone withdrawal or who are experiencing side effects.

This survey won’t take more than 10 minutes of your time, and your answers and experience may help people who are going through hard times on Suboxone.

You can access the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/92QJT98

Thank you,
Billy

That's me, cept I've been on them since 2004. Normally they do me well, but I'm super hooked, (1 8mg subutex a day) along with clonazepam, (4mgs a day). Tried to get off the subutex a bunch of times, I hate being a slave, but it's crazy, even with clonazepam and phenegren and zofran and medical marijuana. My brother's down to chips, but he can't stop. Even though it's like a chip of a 2mg. Every time I fill my script I get sick from anxiety for no reason.....cause I worry that maybe they're out, or there's an insurance problem, or the counter lady gives me sh*t for filling my script on the 29th day instead of the 31rst. Often times I vomit, today j got a migraine that struck me down, stuck in bed with eyes closed for eight hours. I wasn't out of meds. But just waking up knowin I was going to fill them, destroyed my entire day. After ten years I can't imagine the damage I've down, but I don't think subutex is evil, I've had so many chances to quit ...and I quit cold turkey straight from speedballs (heroin and crack injected) for two weeks under house arrest, and nothing will be as bad as that, but subutex (and clonazepam) are a b***h to quit. No doubt.
