BURNING URETHRA WITH SORE TESTICLES. PAIN AFTER EJACULATION

Same here: using ultra thin condom (Trojan) with a girlfriend, it broke; a week later urethral pain and right testicle pain noticing a small lump - or swollen epididymis at the right side of the penis base. Painful after ejaculation, and the sensation of numbness in the tip of the penis. In other words, same symptoms as the ones you describe. So already started antibiotics and testing for STDs. Is there any improvement in your situation? did you find the virus-bacteria that causes this pain?

I'm still dealing with this friggen nightmare! Going on 7 months now! Some of the initial symptoms have gone away or diminished but its still there. It's now a constant burn(sometimes worse than others), an occasional testicle ache, a lower abdominal ache, constant lower back pain, and the tip of my penis is red right around my urethra. I've had urine tests, blood test, swab, and a digital rectal exam for my prostate and all come back negative and show no sign of infection. I'm goin back to the doctor again next week. I'm praying for answers and a solution! I am sooo depressed, frustrated and drained over this. I honestly feel like my life is ruined. I can't go on like this!

Guys check out prostatis is and chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Bacteria some times gets trapped in the prostate and the infection remains - prostatisis. This can develop into chronic pelvic pain if not treated where the muscles are so tight after infection that you constantly feel There's log back if this helps as there's a world of literature on it, especially around mental happiness related to the latter.

I would suggest that you all get tested for Prostate infection. The symptoms experienced are that of this condition. The best thing is to have Amoxicillin anti-biotics.

I have had this problem on an off for the past 20 years, mainly the stinging in the urethra. I had unprotected sex three months ago and the symptoms appeared again. I have been treated with augmentin, flagyl, and amoxcillin since then to no avail. I was checked for bladder infection and came back clean. The strange thing about this problem is that I rarely have sex. I had unprotected sex with my ex-girlfriend about three years and got the symptoms. She was checked for STD's and came back clean. I had unprotected sex with my other ex-girlfriend 5 years ago and got the same symptoms. The strange thing about this condition is that it has gone away on its own no matter what antibotics I take. I just completed a 7 day course of amoxcillin and still have the stinging in the urethra.

How did that flagyl go??

The Amoxicillin didn't work like all the other antibiotics.. I have no idea what to do now?

I cannot believe how many of us have this and nobody has a cure..this sucks big time

You may have a yeast infection which you can catch from a girl who has awhite pasty discharge. It will smell unpleasant as well.  It causes itching, burning and pain. Check with yor Doctor on this. You will actually have to be prescribed medicine that is typically taken by women to cobat the infection.

Also, hell no man, do not constrict the Penis and leave the semen inside. It is meant to come out!

I am sure most of you if not all have not  been checked for a yeast infection.

 

Can you get this from receiving oral?.. I didn't have intercourse with the girl. What kinda yeast infection could it be?

I'm freaking out. I read all of theses posts and I have the same thing going on. Burning off and on in my penis, acchey balls, and sometines a sharp pain in the tip of my penis. I had unprotected sex with a girl about three months ago. I was drunk and I don't rememeber much. I haven't done that in over 3 years and now I probabaly have herpes and aids or something. I had a full check up today. Waiting for my blood test and urin sample. Ill be worried sick all weekend. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm curious to know your results, even though they're probably all negative like mine. I've had these symptoms for over a year now and every time I take a std test everything is always negative so the doctors say I'm fine or it's in my head when I promise you it isn't. I know it took a couple days to get back to you but I should be able to get back quicker to you from now on so please let me know what your results show.. And the craziest thing is I got all this c**p from receiving oral, not having sex!

I have same thing?! Haven't seen Dr. yet though, and being honest I haven't had a check since 15 losing my virginity to now, 21, shagging multiple bit***s! I know what I'm doing is wrong but I'm so lazy and just can not be screwed to be going back and forth! Think I'm going to go soon as, most likely tomorrow! But then again I say this now, said it for 143 days counting, and know I won't do it! I will probably continue to drink, smoke and f**k until I die a painful ejaculation! Someone just give me a solution...
