Hi, I'm 22 years old and since I was 13 I've had lots of problems with ovarian cysts. I've had one fallopian tube removed and one is absent. I got told that I couldn't concive naturally and that's when it hit me. I went through periods of depression and I think I've come to terms with it. Even though I hold out hope that I might be a one of the miracles I'm not. I don't want to say this to be mean but if you have no fallopian tubes but have ovaries you will have to have IVF and if I'm wrong I will eat my words but I've been with my partner for 3 years now and not used any contraception and not once got pregnant. I've slept with others before and didn't get pregnant then either. I hope this doesn't come across harsh but I don't want you getting your hopes up for something that may not happen (naturally anyway). Peace and love.

I am in the same boat as many women posting on this site. If it really is possible to get pregnant with out tubes, I would really like to hear more stories. Having a baby would be heavenly.
