Yes, it is possible. I am 10 weeks along and had both of my tubes removed years ago. But this isn't the first time I've seen a Dr. say "Impossible!" While looking dumbfounded at my charts.
I had been told I was unable to conceive due to a hormone problem. I stopped having periods at 16 years old after a bad reaction to birth control, and was told that I should expect early menopause before 30. I hadn't had a period in nearly 8 years when I found myself pregnant (a 1 in 30,000 shot according to my obgyn) with my son, and was 27 weeks along already might I add!
That pregnancy worked like a reset button on my hormones, and afterward my cycles started again. I had my daughter 3 years later and (being in a bad marriage) I had a tubal ligation surgery, and my tubes were collapsed end to end with an electrical current (was told it was the best way to ensure no more children).
3 years later (after divorcing the cheating B@$t@rd) I was engaged to my current husband and we got pregnant again! (1 in 50,000 according to my dr) but that was a crushing blow, it was a tubal pregnancy. After almost bleeding to death internally my tubes (both) were removed.
With both of my tubes gone I thought I was done. Unfortunate because I had always wanted more children (just not with the cheater) and my now husband is a wonderful man who I would love to expand our family with.
We were researching IVF options when my period didn't arrive as scheduled in January. Panicking (I am almost 33 now and have had hormone issues in the past) I went to the Dr for a hormone panel, thinking our time was nearly up and that menopause was around the corner...
But No! Pregnant again! 10 weeks along and everything looks great. Baby is in the uterus and everything is normal for this stage. This baby was a miracle for us though, a One-in-a-Million, Literally! The odds are slim, one in one million women according to my doctor, for a woman to get naturally pregnant after get tubes have both been removed.
You can beat the odds ladies!
I continue to do so!

(10 weeks with no tubes)
My best advice for ladies who have problems getting pregnant... The way I think I keep beating the odds... LOTS OF SEX.
That's it. Just have a LOT of preferably enjoyable sex. Your orgasim helps too! Don't forget to enjoy it, but yah... Like twice a day. At least.
Even with a 2x daily it took us 4 years after my tubes were removed. Just keep at it!
