Can I give my 7 year old Tylenol pm for allergies??

Tylenol pm contains much larger dosage of acetaminophen than it's recommended for a 7 year old to take - it has double the dose. The same goes for the sleeping medication Tylenol PM contains. So that means on a regular basis, more than once, Tylenol pm isn't really a good solution for your daughter's allergies.

Children's Benadryl is much more efficient for the long term since it contains exactly the same sleeping aid and antihistamine medication, but without potentially liver toxic acetaminophen,
