Spice/K2 does kill! My husband and I are driving home after burying his 53 year old twin who was addicted to this synthetic sh*t. No one knew that he's was using this stuff until recently. He was having all the symptoms including seizures, when finally his wife found him dead on the floor. The corner found spice near his body and said that they would not perform an autopsy, because they conclude that he had died by using synthetic pot. Why would someone want to put a chemical into their body, you are playing Russian roullete! It will eventually kill you.

My boyfriend is smoking this stuff and the other night he start shaking really bad , got weak , and his nose started bleeding ... What could this possible mean.. He is healthly otherwise

Yes, it is deadly. Someone I know just lost her 18 yo son. He took his f1rst hit of Spice on Dec 29, 2014 and his last breath on March 25, 2015. He went into a coma and his organs shut down.

My step son 26 is in the hospital right now, with bloody stool, blood in his urine, erectile dysfunction, loss of memory, confusion, muscle loss, liver complications, possibly moving to his heart. He might die tonight. He's been using spice since May 2014. He will die unless he stops. Don't do it!

I don't care how many times you have done it. That doesn't matter it only takes one time. My boyfriend has been doing it for a few years now and he is now laying in the hospital from taking it!! he has been in there for 4 days now and they are no closer to helping him. He is still acting as though he has gone insane. He is normal one minute and freaking out the next. But hes never fully with it. He is trying to harm everyone around him. SPICE is NOT worth the risk. Anybody that has heard these stories and still takes it is a complete fool!!

Over the period of time that you use this you will die my son just passed away in June from using this . He smoked a pack a day he would fall asleep in the chair in the backyard I caught him falling asleep in our pool . Then in June he drowned and a local pond. Don't think this stuff is safe because it is not

Exactly!! That's the frikkin problem right there!! Lol everyone please re read the sentence "Even though weed is illegal, it is organic. This is not."" Seriously!? This still baffles me....gov. I smoke it, turned by bottom teeth legit black within 5 months. Dead serious I smoke k2 all the time won't kill, just affects you long term and turns the inside or behind your teeth literally black!!!!! Almost instantly!!
