I just wanted to know if my mirena can fall out with out me know it.I had it put in about a year ago and my doc told me to check for the string but i could never find it.also i wanted to know that if it did fall out how long after that i would be able to get pregant.i am producing milk in both of my breast and i am craving all the time to.i am having all the sign of being pregant but when i take a HPT it comes out neg can anyone tell me if that happen to them please.......thank you
