okay my bf and i had sex this past weekend and it was like 1 minute, and we didnt use a condom. he pulled out. my period is usually a few days late normally, but im still paranoid. my stomach feels like its in knots. is this just me being worried, or does having sex a couple times throw off your period?

Umm If you didnt read what she said she did agree that stress delays someone period. And just because girls were getting pregnant at the age of 12 a long time ago...doesn't mean its okay to do that now a days. Thats just an ignorant teenager thing to say. Well, my periods about a week or so late. Ive been under quite some stress and Im hoping that stress is the reason why im late. I haven't had any other signs of pregnancy but I understand every women is different. This pregnancy scare is causing even more stress. I want to make sure I'm not pregnant. If y'all think its stress related, what can I do to destress? My periods pretty regular. In between my last period, about two weeks afterwards, i had stringy, light brown spotting. I do have ovarian cyst, and possibly it's old blood. But i really need to know for sure what all this is.

The body of a young 14 year old girl is the prime environment for a fetus to develop in. As soon as a girl gets her period her body is telling her she is healthy and it is time to have babies. If not then we would get our periods when we turn thirty and we are actually ready to have kids. Its not a good idea to have unprotected sex at 15 or 16. It will definitely delay her period if she stresses. I am 97% sure she's not pregnant. Tell her to drink warm tea, stay active and away from caffeine. (Then mother nature will finally pay her visit). Her period symptoms during her period week is a good sign.
