can protected sex delay my period??

ok im 20 years old and i had sex with a condom with this guy and my period is late and i cant stop thinking that i could be having a kid ...im soooo worred about school and my life if i am pregnant what on earth would i do ... i dont know how to calm down and stop worrying and stressing about it ...any helpful ideas would help !!!

hey me and my gf had sex about month ago . i didn't use the projection but i didn't cum inside her also i gave her i pill (ocp) but till now she is not down and she was fainted and i am really scared usually her period date is 1st week of month lpz rply fst is that ok

my gf have same problem i didnt cum inside her but she has not periods till today its 8 days late....  is it ok or not

When you have sex it changes your body and hormones which could be causing the irregular periods. I suggest getting an oral contraceptive to help put your body on a schedule. Its nice to know exactly what day your period will come and birthcontrol does that. Also, it never hurts to be extra careful.

First and foremost, teenage girl bodies are all messed up when it comes to periods.  Hormones and what not.  Sex usually does not delay periods, but it might because of the age.

Second, if you do take birth control pills at all, it will throw your cycles off a bit as well, so heads up on that.  Using a condom is not 100% is true, but unless it's torn or broken you being pregnant is not likely, just don't get any sperm in ya.

Third, girls bodies are meant to have kids that young, hence the periods!  Financially and actual life will be ruined yes.  The best advice I can give for anyone, especially girls.  If you're going to have sex and it's your first time, research as much as possible, know your facts and protect.

Okay, I'm 19. I got drunk and had a one night stand with some guy.. We had protected sex. The thing is I'm scared I might be pregnant. ok im 16 and i had sex for the first time in my life and my period was late i had back pain and then about 12 days after i had sex i started spotting my haed hurts and i get cramps like if i had my period these are all symptoms of prgnancy and me and my bf are freaking out so to calm my nerves ill take a taest i suggest the rest of yhu do the same

This happened to my gf and I the first time we did when we were 14. We recently started doing vaginal again for the first time in a while, and it is kind of happening again. Many of my friends have unprotected sex, and nothing happens. I'm confident, yet there is still a little doubt. There is always a possibility though. Yeah, I'm 16 & had sex for the first time last week, and we used a condom & I'm on birth cintrol, but my period should be starting very soon. Usually my period starts a little earlier than it shouls, but it hasn't and I didn't know if sex eould delay it or I'm pregnant or what!
