My Name is Mohammed Moinuddin. My Father Mohammed Iqbal has been suffering from chronic kidney disease for the past three years. When I was browsing internet on the possible treatments I came to know about Spectrum cell clinic (Om sai hospital in Mumbai) where Dr.Sunil Wagmare offers stem cell treatment for various diseases. We called him immediately and had couple of discussions about the procedures. Then we travelled to Mumbai (more than 1000 KMS) from out town in Andhra Pradesh and met Dr.Sunil. He checked all the reports and gave us assurance that my father creatinine level would go down and his diabetics will be cured. Relying that he got admitted there and the next day Dr.Sunil carried out the stem cell. It was just an hour or less procedure, then my father was discharged next day. So for just one day treatment he charged about four lakh fifty thousand rupees. He said the result would come in couple of months (2 to 3 months). I did not care about the money at that time since I wanted my father to get cured.
My father started monitoring the post stem cell readings for the creatinine, urea, sugar etc., but they even gone up. Dr.Sunil told that it will be okay after second sitting, then my father again travelled for 2nd sitting and then Dr.Sunil advised for the naturopathy treatment in Mumbai after 2nd sitting. My father then got admitted for 10 days in naturopathy treatment. One fact we came to know that Dr.Sunil even gets commission on referring the patients to the naturopathy so we paid more on naturopathy that included his commission. Even after the 2nd sitting and naturopathy my father creatinine, urea etc even gone up further.
Then Dr Sunil said he will do one more sitting but will charge again for the treatment. When we negotiated on the charges, he said he will come back but never comeback till six months. Then we realized that Dr.sunil was just doing research on my father. We lost hope and trust on his procedures and my father ultimately had to undergo for Heamo dialysis thrice a week. He became very week now after all these trails.
We lost more than 7 lakhs rupees and had to take long travels on relying Dr Sunil words. But the result is Zero and when we talked to the references he provided we understand that no one got their creatinine down after the stem cell. It remained same for some patients mainly due to change in food habits but bot due to stem cell.
Now I am proceeding legally against spectrum stem cell clinic and also let the medical world, departments of medicines, media globally aware of this conspiracy. Please pass this message to everyone you know and publish in all kinds of blogs, forums, magazines etc.
We need to stop this conspiracy going further to save the hard earned money of other patients.

To the person from Canada that says they recieved successful stemcell from China.... If your success is true then what is your creatnine, Potassium, BUN and Protein levels prior to stem cell and now? How long has it been since you had your treatment? What is the name of the Hospital you recieved treatment at? I am a Paramedic and have finished all my pre-med. I have studied stem cell ALOT! 99.9% of people who post they were successfully treated via stem cell are not being truthful and do not provide in depth information like what i have asked from you. Please dont take offense, its just i have debunked every claim of stem cell cure that i read in blogs...I know stem cell treatment exists, i just find it hard to believe from China since i have found 100% of ALL stem cell to be fraudulant from China. If your claim is real this would be the first time i was wrong...And i would be happy to admit if it can be proven. Jameson

wow! hello, my son is only 6.5years and a GFR of 17. his kidneys are tiny. I have been in talks with the Shijazuang Kidney Disease Hospital in China regarding Osmotherapy and Stem Cells. I was so close to taking him but have read so many blogs that it is a scam. please if it really did work for you need to hear more.

dear friends, the stem cell has been used in kidney failure treatment in China. many foreigner patients had come to China to receive stem cell transplantation and get a good result. the importance after stem cell transplantation is take the patients very carefully. and the effect will occur after 3 months to half a year.

hi,my friend, sorry to hear that your mother has CKD. for your mother's disease, it has still been necessary to do stem cell transplantation. nowadays, the stem cell transplantation has been used for treating kidney failure in the clinical practice. the point after receiving stem cell transplantation is taking patient very carefully. many diet detail will be strictly controlled well. otherwise, the stem cell will become invalid.

How long did it take you to recover after stem cell treatment in China? Did you get a recent bloodwork done and if so how is your gfr and creatine levels? My niece also git treated from china but her creatine level has gone up considerably and her doctors are saying she needs to get dialysis then transplant. Im really gutted as we all put money in to pay for her treatment expecting her to be cured. Thing is her doctor has told her to stop osmotheraphy and she is back to taking blood pressure control tablets. Can you advise how long after your treatment did you see improvement, did your creatine level spike when you got back to canada? My niece is also in Toronto Canada and she is so down. I really dont know what to do to give her hope :(

Hi This is vivek staying in bangalore,india.my father is on hemodialysis from 1.3 years and has urine out put pretty normal and i am Rigorously looking for Stem cell therapy in bangalore to get him treated and bring back him to normal life.hence please please please guide me if any such research or treatment going in bangalore so that i can enroll him for the treatment.

It is indeed very heartening to know there is treatment for CHRONIC kIDNEY pROBLEM.Due to kidney shrinkage, I havebeen suffering from CKD for last 12 years.My creatinine level has reached 5.2; thro' strict diet control(very low protein)and yoga & pranayam, i have managed to slowdown rapid deterioration.
I heard Dr Anant Bagul of Chaitanya Hospital in Pune is providing some stemcell based treatment; is this the one you have mentioned "autologous mesenchymal stemcell transplant intraarterially"; if not can you kindly please advise me contact address/website/contact no for such treatment in India or abroad, and also have the results of such treatment proved sucessful..I will also contact you on phone as well.

Last year my father was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure and her only options provided in London was possibly a transplant. We felt that a transplants was too dangerous so i did some research and found a new stem cell therapy for kidney failure that looked very promising. We did a medical review and he was borderline but did get accepted.

Before the treatment began his eGFR was 19 hemoglobin was 12.7. In a few weeks after the stem cell transplant his creatinine jumped to 29 then 35. 6 months after the blood tests appear to be stabilizing but he still has a slightly low level of WBC and hemoglobin.

The most difficult part was the travel. We had to fly to the regeneration center in Thailand for about 3 weeks but based on his recovery we would do it again in a heartbeat. Our NHS doctors were quite surprised but still cautious about the long term benefits of stem cell transplants. The treatment is not cheap but if you can afford it and can take time away from work i would say absolutely do it right away.
