I'm so sorry I can only remember my previous two periods. First was on 16th of may and it ended on 24th may and my last period was on 29th june and ended on 6th july. Quite late for the last period i guess. But by eating postinor 2 do you think I can prevent myself from getting pregnant? There's no intercourse happened between us. thanks for helping.

It's a good idea to keep track of your periods.
From 16th May to 29th June gives a cycle of 44 days. On that basis, your next period might have been due 12th August.
It is highly unlikely that Friday would have been a fertile day. So you would not likely have got pregnant anyway.
Having taken Postinor 2, any likelihood would have decreased significantly. I would consider that the chances of you getting pregnant are about 0%!
However, the arrival of your next period is likely to be at an unexpected time. It could come earlier or later than you would expect - or you might even miss one.
But as I have said it is extremely unlikely you would get pregnant.
Take care.

Hyee.. this is me again.. Today i got bleeding. Is this normal or maybe it is just the the effect of taking postinor2?? This happens after 12days i took postinor2. My blood is quite heavy. My next period might have been due 12th august. I'm worried. Can you help me?

The contraceptive is said to delay a period or cause an earlier start, but bleeding only 12days apart from the start of my last period does not feel normal. This discharge is exactly like a normal period.
Is this just an effect of the pill ?

Hello 'me again'
It sounds like a normal 'period'. There does not appear to be anything to worry about.

Hi, as you said on the label it says It can delay or cause an earlier start to your next period so that is exactly what it is doing, if it was implantation bleeding it would be more spotting rather than heavy flow like you describe, you will also find that it will take your periods several months to regulate to what they use to be after using emergency contraception. Hope this helps :)

So you seem to have an early period, which is a common after emergency contraception. If it 'is exactly like a normal period', it probably is a period.

No, it's not implantation bleeding.

Yesss my last period was on 29th june and ended on 6th july. I'm so sorry 12 days apart means from the last day I took postinor2 till now. I wrote wrong informations there. Sorry again. Thank you so much for answering me. So i guess this is like a normal period. Hopefully everything will be okay. A bit worry because my period flows quite heavier than the usual period i had before..

Thank you for replying me. This helping me much. It is just my period is quite heavier than before due to the postinor's. So there's nothing need to be worried? I'm not going to pregnant rightttt? So i guess the postinor works on me

It sounds all OK. However, monitor your period flows, and if too heavy for long, you could have a check-up. But you would not be pregnant. Where are you from? Are there any cultural or religious implications?
