If it happened 7 days ago any you started getting the symptoms at the same time then it certainly wouldn't be getting any kind of symptom for several months yet.
You need to keep a record of when your period starts every month as from that you can then work out how long your cycle is start of one to the start of your next not the length of you period because That tells nothing once you know your cycle length normal are 28 days but some females can have longer or shorter, if you have a 28 day cycle your be fertile around day 14 once the egg is released from your ovaries it will only survive for around 24 hours unless fertilized by sperm, sperm can survive for up to 5 days in the female reproductive symptom so that would mean your fertile window would run from day 9 to day 15 after that then the chances of pregnancy will be less same goes for up to day 8.
The more information you can supply even to a doctor make the simple task of answering that question easier and also did he ejaculate while he was with you if so how long before and did he touch it or wipe or wash his hands before he fingered you?

Following on from what blankcanvas has said, you need to be specific rather than using vague terms. Also please give the full story rather than leaving us to guess what happened.
- "My bf and i were just malong out" - so what exactly were you doing?
- "He fingered me and then cleaned himself" - what part of "himself" did he clean? The fingers with which he fingered you? How did he do that?
- "he didnt touch me anymore after that" - After he cleaned his fingers?
- "what if he possibly 'acciedently' touched his semen and than fingered me." - This is your first mention of "semen". When did that appear?
- "what if he possibly 'acciedently' touched his semen and than fingered me." - If he touched his semen (whether accidentally or not) then fingered you, sperm could get introduced into your vagina. If it happened at a fertile time, then you could become pregnant in due course.
- If this happened 7 days ago (2nd August) and you are expecting your period in 2 - 4 days time (11th - 13th August) then it assumes a cycle of 32-34 days, and 2nd August is not likely to have been a fertile time.
- A test before your period is due is too early to be conclusive. Wait until 14th August to test (if your period hasn't arrived). If the result is negative, then test again a week later.
- It is possible you have an infection.

This happened almost 2 months ago on around 27th May 2016
Me and my Parthner were making out and than suddenly there was a discharge of sperm in my underwear itself than after around 2-3 mins I went to the wash room and clean my self with just water and not that properly after that I peed and than threw my underwear and wore my jeans again without my underwear and wiped my hands with handkerchief.
Than around 6-7 mins later my Parthner touched my tip of the penis just once but after that she did not touch her private part anytime we both had your clothes on! After that I guess I had touched my penis which I don't remember was dry or had very little sperm on the tip.

Lucky she even got her period for the this month(August) so should I worry now? Because after all this happened she got her periods for the next 3 months on the dates she gets her period!
