If what you have stated is everything that happened, then you would not get pregnant. You can only get pregnant when sperm enters your vagina at a fertile time. But you have not mentioned anything about sperm, and without sperm, you could not get pregnant. Nor have you said at what stage in your menstrual cycle this happened.

If you are on Birth Control, then the chance of pregnancy is extremely low. There must always be a slight chance of pregnancy as Birth Control pills do not offer 100% guarantee that you will not get pregnant. Sperm can live outside the body for a short period of time (artificial insemination relies on this!). However, to get pregnant, sperm has to enter the vagina at a fertile time. But you have not said when this fingering happened, nor when that occurred in relation to your menstrual cycle.

Sperm does not die when it hits air. Sperm banks wouldn't exist, if that was the case. When you ejaculate in a cup, they don't instantly die. They die when it dries up. Sperm can live in the vagina for days because of the wet conditions.
