In order to get pregnant, two things are necessary. [1] Sperm has to enter your vagina and [2] it has to happen at a fertile time.
So the first thing is to find out whether it happened at a likely fertile time. So we need some menstrual cycle data. Unless you have irregular periods and/or you have a short cycle, then Cycle Day 3 (CD3) is not likely to have been a fertile day (CD1=1st day your period starts).
- What were the start dates of your last 6 periods (or as many as you know)?
- What date do you expect your next period to start?
- How did you calculate that date?
- Are your periods regular?
- What do you reckon to be your cycle length (typically 28 days)?
Regarding the possibility of sperm entering your vagina, if there were sperm on his fingers, then your wetness (from your arousal) could have assisted sperm swimming into your vagina (which you say he touched). It is likely that just touching your clit would not have been a risk (if your clit is quite small, and he had very little sperm on his hand).
Presumably, he ejaculated into your mouth, and the likelihood is that you would have cleared most sperm from his penis. You also wiped his hands with tissue, which probably would have cleaned any sperm that might have been on them. But what made you wipe his hands?

To answer you,
1. I don't remember my last 6 start of periods but I do remember that I didn't get my period on June which I don't know why, and then I had it on July 13 to 17 and then July 17 to 22.
2. Expecting my next period around third week of September 18-22.
3. Patterns, I guess. There were times before that I got my period same day as last month, and sometimes two days additional from last month (ex. I had it on 17th last month, this month i got it on 19th) but it's changing and not accurate due to stress and late sleep.
4. I can say that I am regular but there are one or two months every year that I don't get my period but at different times, not consecutively.
5. I'm not sure with that... 30-32 days?

With the clarification that #1 should show August 17-22 (although you said in #3 you got it on 19th!), then activity on 19th was not likely to have been on a fertile day. So I would not think it likely that you could get pregnant.
His fingers would not have necessarily needed to be inserted for any sperm to enter your vagina, as your wetness might have been enough to allow any sperm to swim in. Does your activity usually include fingering? Be careful if you want to retain an intact hymen.
You seem concerned about your parents not knowing. Are there cultural or religious implications for you? Where are you from? How old are you?
I don't think you need to go to the doctor, but it is not unusual for girls to have regular check-ups with their doctor, who should maintain confidentiality.
