Hello! For several months now I have trouble with getting sleep at night. I get to sleep for one hour during the night. Because of that I am nervous, tired I have lack of energy...I work as a teacher in a primary school and this kind of my state is affecting my work. Also I don’t feel a well, but agitated. Hello! Sleeping disorders can cause many problems, for the ones who having this disorder. The kind of disorder that you talking about are insomnia, or lack of sleep. It can be caused by variety factors. If you are caffeine addict it can be the main reason of your insomnia. But, I can’t tell a for sure, because I am not familiar with your life style. To get to know better your disorder you should go to your doctor. He can either help you, after initial evolution, with your treatment or he can refers you to some specialist or testing facilities. For this I am sure, don’t try anything on your own, before visit your doctor.
