Some boys are circumcised and some are not. In Norway it isn't usual with circumcision, but in some cultures / countries is it usual. :)

I think you should take it as a great compliment your body is giving you, that it is functioning well and operating as it should! Humans are a "visual" animal, and we males, particularly, respond to the sight of others (including their own gender) often with sexual thoughts or feelings, even unconsciously. It happens to human beings -- you are perfectly normal! You have been gifted with a healthy appreciation of things sexual / sensual, and that is a good thing! Don't ever be ashamed of your feelings, or let others pressure you to deny them. Obviously, society requires boundaries and certain public conduct, but acknowledge and revel in your emerging sexuality.

The skin covering the penises of some of the other boys is exactly how human males come from the factory, so to speak. This "foreskin" is often removed (circumcision) shortly after birth, for an assortment of reasons. As to being UNcircumcised, a lot of guys WISH they were! These days, it makes you special, not weird. Aside from the health issues the foreskin addresses (protecting that very delicate, special part of you), a lot of sexual partners really get a kick out of a guy who is "intact"!
