Guest^^ 'Although like most of you, mine doesnt hurt. And not only that but i can move it. I get to push it outwards or suck it in. Its really weird but unique. I do work out so my chest blends in.' Im 14 too and mine doesn't hurt, it's really annoying and ive had it since i was born. How much does yours blend in? Is it visible with no top? :)

I have this too. Dont worry about it. If you work your pecks out no one will notice. It also over exaggerates your pecks. Alot of girls come over to me and ask me about my muscles and all and how I go there and then show them that i just have a screwd up chest and its not that big. But ull get bit***s from it. Take my advice

I didn't read all the post so sorry if this information has already been posted.
pectus carinatum is the condition . My son also has this. It took a while to find someone who would treat it. We were fortunate after going to an appointment at a children's hospital we were referred to a Shriners Hospital that specializes in fixing this problem. My son just received his brace. It will need to be worn for around a year and a half up to 23 hours a day. But the success rate is great. The options we were given were live with it, surgery or the brace. The brace needs to be worn while you are still growing, because the chest is still movable. So don't wait to long and keep searching till you find someone who can see you .

I have the EXACT same thing :( my chest sticks out A LOT and i dont like it, im a 15 year old male and its been bugging me since about 7th grade ever since my friends asked me why my chest stuck out so much, they never meant it with any offense they were just curious, and not only that but i have scoliosis as well which only makes me feel even more depresed, i really HATE how my chest looks, all stuck out and stupid looking, and i know people say that looks arent everything, but it would be nice to be normal and confident for once in my life. I never really have been happy with these stupid problems, scoliosis is a problem with your spine, its not how it should, wether your upper back makes you looked hunched even though you really aren't hunched thats just how your spine is (like me) and this stupid chest problem being so stuck out, ive always asked doctors and have gone to profesionals too, and they all say thats its not a big deal, well yea to them it isn't because they aren't the ones withthis problem, i have to suffer from this stupid problem, i only feel a little pain in my chest when i have been laying down on flat on my stomach for a little while, i really HATE how it looks and ive told the doctors EVERYTHING but they never give me direct answers on how to fix it,just execises to straighten out my stupid back, so i know exactly how you feel dude, it sucks being different from everyone else and it would most definitely feel good to be proud of how I look for once in my life, so i hope you find a way to fix it dude, look for specialists and ask your parents to find some, I wish i could have you as well as me, but i can't, i have to suffer from all this too dude, so im in the exact situation as you are. I'm not going to lie i've actually cried multiple times because out of the one life that everyone gets a chance to live in, mine had to be ruined, i never get to be happy, so it would have been nice to be truly happy for once in my life

It's not to late. We were referred to Shriners Hospital for Children . My son was 15. He has a brace now. It didn't cost us anything. It is not just for low income families Shiners will help anyone. If you can't get a doctor to refer you, call them on your own until you get the right department to help you. Don't Give Up. There is help out there.
