I'm the same too, pain both sides of chest but mostly left, heart palpitations and fatigue. I wonder if we could have pericarditis or something I dunno though, Google makes you paranoid. I saw the doctor about my palpitations before the pain/fatigue started and she said it was normal/harmless but to come back if anything else developed. I'm going to see her again tomorrow.

Good Day,
I am 31. I don’t smoke (except for some passive smoking when I worked in pub). I am also not into sports of any kind. Not really active at all and I am not fat. I decided a while back that I was going to start exercising and that’s how I realized that I might have a problem with my heart. The early signs were frequent palpitations, dizziness, occasional difficulty breathing, fatigue (especially on any exertion), frequent belching, and farting and general chest pain especially to the left. I went to several hospitals and did a number of tests including Lung Function Test, ECG, a very expensive Echocardiograph and numerous X-rays. One analysis of my ECG pointed out that I might be suffering from Left Ventricular Hypertrophy hence that the Echo but it came out clean. I got many prescriptions for Nugel-O and other drugs aimed treating GERD.
The symptoms changed with time. I was feeling pain in my throat, middle back, neck and left of my chest and sometimes my upper joints. I could also feel my heart at a small of tip of my left ribs like a pulse.
Currently, I have begun experiencing pain the right side of my chest along with frequent tingling numbness in my legs along with most of those mentioned above. Sometimes it feels like an insect crawling on my legs. When I bend over it feels like my heart’s gonna fall off.
While it is comforting to know I am not alone, I am saddened by the fact that people in “advanced” countries are not making headway with tests. I have been thinking all along that if I weren’t in Africa, at least a conclusive diagnosis would be made easily so I might know what I’m dealing with. It’s frustrating to keep going to hospitals and running tests, meeting a different GP each time. I will say to all. DON’T GIVE UP. PESTER. BOTHER AND PRESS ON. GET TREATED OR DIE TRYING. Will cost you money but death will cost your life.

Yep. Im the samesame areamostly left, but occasionally rightmore so inner middle or edge of moobs& my eyes twitch when closedIt's always 'is it my heart' fears but tbh, having sat with it for a month now I think it's more likely lungs. I don't smoke, but i do work in containers which sometimes have a lot of c**p in them, sprayed by Customs when they come in the country. It could be that, or muscular from lifting the heavy contents in the containers o.oIm a biomed student, and got to ecg my heart for a demonstration, and my pulse ("depolarisation actional potential" haha) was totally normal. So im leaning toward lungs...My ex was here a week before it started and she had a chest infection...

Hello!
I am a 15 year old female, and have had these pains since I was very young (about 5). I have been researching these pains for years, as my parents blame them on panic attacks, and I have a feeling that it is Precordial Catch Syndrome. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Precordial_catch_syndrome (look at link)
I have had a few troubles with all the websites on Precordial Catch Syndrome though, as they say it only happens on the left side, while I experience both.
Hope this is some sort of a root for you!
