I had an almost full hysterectomy in 2005. I was left with my left ovary so that I would have normal hormones instead of having to go on HRT. I had endometriosis and adenomyosis with 7 grapefruit size cysts on my right ovary. Suffice to say they took the tubes as well. I found out today that I now have 2 large cysts on my left ovary. They could be chocolate cysts like the right side were.

What I would like to know is if they have to do surgery again will it be a laparoscopy or invasive like all the rest that I have had. (13 abdominal in total)
