Today was the first day I had what appeared to be a clear substance from my anus. I researched online and found out the fat in sausage (other fats as well) can cause anal leakage. Not realizing this beforehand, I recently bought a 48 count of frozen sausage links. Sadly, I ate 38 in about 2 weeks. I threw the rest out and will update my progress.

I just posted that my "leakage" problem was probably an abundance of frozen breakfast sausage. I eat healthy. Oatmeal, cereal, whole grain pancakes for breakfast (RECENTLY added Sausage for protein..not anymore.) What is good protein for breakfast? I eat cottage cheese and greek yogurt throughout the day.

I'm 16 years old and I constantly suffer from constipation. I try to take as much fiber supplements as I can and eat healthy to regulate my colon but for some reason it just doesn't work, and I've had problems with going to the bathroom since I was a child. But 3 days ago I took a laxative (I rarely ever use them, but i couldn't stand being constipated any longer) and it flushed out my system, like it supposed to, and I had the normal lose stools for the first day, but then on the second day I started having this weird clear discharge. Sometimes it comes out looking like just water, and other times it kind of looks like clear mucus. I'm going on my third day now of this happening and it's severely inconvenient and confusing! My stomach is making tons of weird noises, like I have gas, but it's hard to tell when it is gas or not. Whenever I try to pass the gas I get this flow of clear liquid along with it. It doesn't burn or sting, but my stomach continues to cramp as if I still had diarrhea, and it is already extremely hard for me to go to sleep at night on a regular basis, but with my stomach continuing to hurt and the unexpected trips to the bathroom I have barely gotten a total of 4 hours of sleep in the past few days... I really need whatever this issue is to go away ASAP because this week is the only week for me to take my college entrance exam to sign of up for classes in January and I have already missed 3 days because of this! I have avoided all dairy and fiber products that would make this continue, and I have tried taking Pepto Bismol for stomach relief but no such luck there either.... PLEASE reply with some tips or things that may help?!
