There were 4 points of attack but I only used 3 of them. I noticed an improvement in 2 days.
1. Probiotics in tablet form of the highest strength you can find from a health store. Take daily.
2. Odourless garlic capsules. Take the max it states on the dosage instructions
3. Cranberry juice. 500ml a day.
That's it!
The 4th one was apple cider vinegar, 2tsp in hot water and knock it back daily. I never needed it but see no reason why it would not help.

The doctors when they have no clue what it is, they guess whatever to keep you hook on prescriptions. But the fact is that they don't know, they didn't study deeply what is, manifestation and stages of parasites. US is already infested with those creatures, they are highly intelligent and they caring virus in their bodies. Educate yourself google it and u will be surprise of your discovering. That's your body u need it to continue live in this world. Your body tells u the truth even the dr. tells u are fine, if doesn't resonate how u fell don't believe continue searching the answer will come to u. Read Hulda Clark's book "Cure for all diseases"is one of hundreds.

the cause of this problem

Then I read about the harmful effects of Aspartame. One of the side effects of Aspartame is related to many intestinal maladies. I put two and two together and realized that my likely culprit for vision issues, intestinal issues and leakage was related to my excessive consumption of diet drinks.
I quit drinking diet drinks about two weeks ago; I can tell you I feel like a new person. My vision is better, my intestinal distress is gone and no more leakage.
My recommendation is for everyone to quit drinking anything with Aspartame, whether you have any issues or not.
I hope this helps someone else discover the solution to their problem.

Let me put it like this. I don't usually get any of this but I sometimes discharge a white clear no-scent material. I notice it happens when I am stressed, but is not directly linked to being stressed. This means one of two things happens. If you are an emotional eater and over eat you may be not eating at the correct speed or volume and thus taking in mucus from your throat in excess. In addition stress eating usually consists of sugar and protein [the building blocks for mucus.] Finally when you notice discomfort you might be prone to trying to get it out by all means and so you may push a bit stronger than normal therefore getting even more of this substance from the intestine via the friction.
Why would stuff like vinegar and fiber help? 1. Vinegar isn't sweet nor is it full of protein. 2. Vinegar is an acid which is good against mucus. 3.If you are more aware of your diet since you've started using any remedy, chances are you aren't over eating. 4. Positive results will stress you out less because you feel like you are doing something constructive. 5. Fiber further lessens friction and softens stools.
I am replying not because I did extensive research but because I've had the same problem but it isn't regular. This may happen more to people with irritable bowel syndrome and stomach issues if a single bowel movement is bigger or smaller than the typical. [If you get a smaller one chances are the following one isn't also small therefore one of them isn't typical.]
The solution? Not over eating, finding a way to have more frequent bowel movements, reducing friction, reducing stress that leads to overeating, reducing sugary meals [I highly recommend still having protein and fiber in one's diet.]

This problem is either stress related or you have a food intolerance or even both.
Get a "food intolerance" test done which will tell you what foods to avoid, also google "fodmap diet".
If it stress related, you already know what you need to do.
