I get pain too but just randomly it would feel like a period cramp a bad one I mostly get it when I run ,but I have the same problem with the other thing too but it only comes like 1-2 weeks after my period

I have the same issues. But I'm pretty sure I also have BV. And I get that discharge when I try to fix my problem like using peroxide or rephresh gel. Searching for a solution.
