Hello,
I have this constant problem. Every time I go on flight my ears get clogged. This is really making me crazy! What should I do?

Ok, here is one helpful medicine: Sudafed® (pseudoephedrine).
Some people find pinching the nose and blowing helps, but you risk more overpressure as the E-Tube can run like a check valve and keep the extra pressure that does get in, trapped.
And maybe your ears are over waxed, so this is the reason. In that case, see your doc and get your ears “unplugged” (it hurts for second or wo, but then you feel like a brand new person).

I can usually equalize the pressure by opening my mouth wide like when I yawn, to open the eustacian tubes.
