Comments and reviews on article "Malabsorption-Medical treatment and dietary changes"

I have pancreatitis and pancreatic cysts. I do not drink alcohol. I have been under the care of a gastroenterologist for 8 years. I maintain a low-fat diet and take prescribed enzymes with each meal (pancrease). I continue to suffer from malabsorbtion and desperately want to gain 20 lbs.

Do you have any recommendations?
