Comments and reviews on article "The function of human lymph glands"

I am using a Penis Pump and getting a large, "Donut" around my glans after pumping. I was told on a Penis Enlargement forum, that this is caused by lymphatic fluid building up in the tissue/skin.
The donut disipates after a few hours. Is this harmful? Is this bad for my lymph glands?
Is this harmful to my penis? Thanks for any response.

I have painless enlarged lymph gland since last two weeks at my back bone. Is this harmful?
